You can come to my salon and take a deep breath, look outside at the amazing views and relax. We women often feel guilty to take finance and time outside of our families to treat ourselves. We have to realize that we can’t look after our families and give them love if we don’t feel good in our own skin. If we don’t give ourselves that love and care, no number of compliments and outside influences will satisfy us. That’s why we need look after ourselves first and treat ourselves the right ways.
